Every private window ends at 10:00 PM, seven days a week. Friday & Saturday are Roost Nights - live DJs from 10 - so when your window closes, Roost Nights opens around you instead of everyone going home: your guests get wristbanded during the event (up to 100) and can stay or re-enter until 2 AM. Need a later window on another night? Ask us and we will look at it case by case.

Fri & Sat from 10 PM the venue hosts Roost Nights, our public live-music night, so those hours aren't standard private rentals. Book the 3-10 PM evening window and roll into Roost Nights, pre-reserve VIP sections for your group (a $100 reservation fee plus a 2-bottle minimum per lounge section; the fee covers admission for the section's seats, and up to 10 sections are available depending on the night), or inquire about a full-night takeover for select large events.

More than you would guess from the street. The room reconfigures from seated dinners at banquet rounds to theater-style seating to a standing-room show, so tell us your headcount and the kind of event and we will confirm the right layout for it.

Every rental includes tables and chairs, the in-house 16′×16′ stage, the mounted projector and screen, WiFi, sound system access, an on-site venue contact, the catering prep area, and post-event cleaning by our staff.

A 50% deposit confirms your date on the spot. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event and can be charged automatically.

Alcohol service is coordinated through The Roost's approved bar provider. Not every event needs it - daytime, nonprofit, and community events often don't, and beer/wine-only events may qualify for lower minimums.

Just take all trash and decorations to the dumpster on the side of the building. Our staff handles mopping, restrooms, and resetting the furniture. Prefer not to set up the tables and chairs either? Add the Setup & Breakdown Service for $95.
